Adding items to your Shopping Cart 

When you find the item you want, simply click on the Add to Cart button, and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart. Your cart will show the cost of the item and applicable shipping costs. To change the quantity of items you have ordered, simply check the box under the remove column, and select the Update Cart button to empty your cart, continue shopping, or proceed to Secure Checkout. Applicable tax (Sales tax applies to orders made in Georgia), and postage will be added at checkout.(<br>

Confirming your order 

After adding items to your Shopping Cart, be sure to check your order for accuracy. When you are satisfied that the information is correct, proceed to Checkout by clicking the Secure Checkout button. 


At Checkout, enter your shipping information and billing information. When you are ready to submit your order, click on Submit This Order. Your information will be sent to us through our SECURE server and shipped.

Shipping Policies 

We ship to the US through USPS. But we will work with you if you desire other shipping methods. All transactions are in US Dollars only.<br> 

Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control occasional, shipping carrier delays, inventory shortages, customs delays, weather delays, or other factors that may delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible. 

On orders requesting Next Day Air or Second Day Air Shipping, all items in stock will be shipped immediately as requested. 

Order Fullfillment Policy 

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 

For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of any delay. If we cannot deliver your product within 30 days, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. You must pay all orders in advance (at the time of order), even for out-of-stock items. 

Manufacturer Contact Information will warranty almost all of the products we sell. However, there are a few manufacturers who will ONLY Warranty their products directly. These products are primarily fuel powered vehicles and planes from the following manufacturers: CEN, Hobbyzone, Traxxas, HPI, Hot Bodies, OFNA, and Team Associated. If you purchased a product from one of these manufacturers, please contact them directly, or contact us and we'll assist you in contacting them.

If Product is Defective

If you receive a defective item, simply call the manufacturer for help. If unable to contact the manufacturer, contact us and we'll provide the manufacturer contact information. Please note that you must return to the manufacturer all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original box, along with a detailed explanation of the defect,within 30 days. 

Defective Product will warranty some of the products we sell. However, many of the products that we sell are warranteed only through the manufacturer. If you purchase a product that has a manufacturer's warranty, please contact them directly, or contact us and we will assist you in contacting them. 

If Product is Resalable 

If the product is in its original unopened packaging, we will exchange it within 30 days. If you would like a refund, you will receive a full one, minus a 15% restocking fee. All purchase exchanges and refunds are minus shipping charges. Please be sure to include all original packaging materials and instructions. 

If Product is not Resalable If the product has been assembled, painted, altered, or does not contain all of its original packaging, it is not a resalable item. If it is a fuel-powered remote control vehicle, and fuel has been placed in the vehicle, then the product would not be resalable and you must go directly through the manufacturer. Some of our kits are sold assembled prior to shipping?. If we assemble the kits, per your order and request and it is returned, you will receive a maximum of 50%. DO NOT return fuel. The Department of Transportation prohibits returning opened fuel. 

Return of Merchandise or Exchange Policy

Please contact us for return or exchange instructions.

Anything you purchase from can be exchanged up to 30 days after the date of purchase, however, Items returned for exchange must be in "like new" condition.

We want you to be satisfied when you order products from If for any reason your purchase is not to your satisfaction, contact us and we will resolve any concerns. Please follow these simple steps: 

1. Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 30 days. Contact us to receive return instructions.  

2. Ensure all returned items are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.) 

3. Include a copy of the original invoice. Please write your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the return on the back of the invoice.

4. Please pack the item(s) securely and mail to:, P.O. Box 927, Kennesaw, GA. 30156.

5. We do not refund shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us. You will also need to pay for the shipping of your new product to you.
